ISDA concludes its review of the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees: work on implementing the proposals to follow in the next year

On 19 September 2024 the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) published the results1 of its market-wide consultation on proposed changes to the structure and governance of the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees (DCs). According to ISDA the consultation results confirmed there was broad market support for key changes that will improve the governance efficiency and transparency of the DC process.

This is the latest in a series of steps taken by ISDA to identify areas where amendments could be made to improve the structure of the DCs and maintain their integrity in changing economic and market conditions.
