Annabel Akintomide is an Assistant General Counsel and Director at ISDA. Annabel manages the development and expansion of ISDA’s online opinions library covering over 80 jurisdictions and areas including netting, collateral, clearing and electronic contract enforceability. She also works on emerging markets and documentation initiatives at ISDA. Prior to joining ISDA, she worked at two international law firms and a financial institution, with a focus on derivatives and structured finance transactions. Email: aakintomide@isda.org
