Jean-François Adelle

Jean-François Adelle is a Finance Partner at Jeantet AARPI in Paris. He has a practice in general and structured debt finance transactions, distressed debt restructuring and financial arrangements with a strong regulatory element. A large part of his activity has an international dimension. His debt finance practice covers a large array of debt financings transactions in loan or bond formats, as well as structured finance transactions, supported by in-depth insight in regulatory matters.
