Jeffrey Golden is a Senior Advisor for D2LT, driving the organisation’s strategic netting and smart legal opinions initiative. Highly respected within the OTC derivatives market, he was prior to his retirement from the firm the founder partner of Allen & Overy’s US law practice and senior partner in the firm’s global derivatives practice, with broad experience of a wide range of capital markets matters. Jeffrey was also the founder and serves as Chair Emeritus of The P.R.I.M.E. Finance Foundation in The Hague and a member of the Foundation’s Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance. He is currently Joint Head of Chambers at 3 Hare Court.
