Kym is dual qualified in Australia and England and Wales and has broad transactional and advisory experience in capital markets, with particular expertise advising on all aspects of legal, regulatory and market developments impacting debt capital markets. She worked for Linklaters’ Capital Markets (EDM) practice groups in Tokyo and London for eight years and in-house at MUFG’s securities arm in London, among others.
