Professor Dr Danny Busch, M.Jur (Oxon), is Chair in Financial Law and Founding Director of the Financial Law Centre (FLC), at Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at Harris Manchester College, and a Fellow at the Commercial Law Centre, University of Oxford. He is a Deputy Justice in the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (Commercial Law Section) and a Member of the Dutch Appeals Committee of the Financial Services Complaints Tribunal, The Hague (KiFiD, the body for alternative dispute resolution in the Dutch financial services sector).
