Professor Dr Matthias Lehmann, D.E.A. (Paris II), LL.M., J.S.D. (Columbia) is a full professor at the University of Vienna, where he holds the Chair for Private, Private International Civil and Comparative Law. He is also a rotating Professor of European and Comparative Business Law at Radboud University Nijmegen.
