Knowledge Management Counsel
Tim Bennett is a Knowledge Management Counsel for the Restructuring and Special Situations Practice in the London office of Lathan & Watkins, and is a member of the firm’s Finance Department.
Mr. Bennett has extensive experience of all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law. He specializes in complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency cases, and regularly advises funds, banks, debtors, trustees, and insolvency practitioners.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Bennett practiced in the restructuring and insolvency group at a magic circle firm in London for 20 years.
